Home Workouts: Short on Time? No Equipment? No problem! Try these exercises at home!

Short on time? No equipment around but you need to get an intense workout?  Pick 4 of these moves, and do each one for 30 seconds (so 2 minutes total), and then rest. And repeat of course!
